During their school career, children are impacted by countless adults who help mold and shape them. You don’t want to leave your child’s development to chance! At Big Valley, we hire staff who are committed to impacting the lives of students. Our hiring requirements begin with a lengthy review of a candidate’s biblical worldview, Christian testimony, and educational training. All staff at Big Valley must be professing believers of Jesus Christ who are living out their faith on a daily basis. Our teaching staff must have a minimum of an Association of Christian School International (ACSI) Credential, which requires our teachers to have both subject matter proficiency (equal to a state credential) and training in biblical integration of curriculum. Most teachers have two credentials (ACSI and state). Our teachers are both highly qualified professionals and dedicated Christ-followers.  If you or someone you know has a vibrant walk with the Lord, loves working with kids, and has a growth mindset, BVCS may be the mission organization you’re looking for to fulfill your God-given calling.
