At Big Valley, we hire staff who are committed to impacting the lives of students. Our hiring requirements begin with a lengthy review of a candidate’s biblical worldview, Christian testimony, and educational training. All staff at Big Valley must be professing believers of Jesus Christ who are living out their faith on a daily basis. Our teaching staff must have a minimum of an Association of Christian School International (ACSI) Credential, which requires our teachers to have both subject matter proficiency (equal to a state credential) and training in biblical integration of curriculum. Most teachers have two credentials (ACSI and state). Our teachers are both highly qualified professionals and dedicated Christ-followers.
